Betty Codona Classic Day 1

The inaugural Betty Codona Classic tips off today, with all eight Division 1 teams battling it out to be crowned the first ever champions of the new knockout competition.

Day 1 at Nottingham Basketball Centre will see four games, all the quarter finals, take place with the winners advancing to the semi finals on Saturday. Win or go home.

Schedule/Results

12 noon: Loughborough v Northumbria
Loughborough became the first team to advance to the semi-finals, with a 74-62 win over Team Northumbria on Friday at midday.

Loughborough will face the winner of Cardiff vs Barking Abbey on Saturday at 1pm.
