Buckle Selects GB Senior Women’s Final 12

Great Britain Senior Women’s Head Coach Peter Buckle has finalised his roster of twelve to face Belgium on Sunday.

Forwards Helen Naylor and Harriet Ottewill-Soulsby have been released from the GB training camp at the University of Worcester this week in advance of Sunday’s qualification game against Belgium.

But it’s been stressed that both remain on stand-by and can be recalled to the squad at any time in the event of injury or replacement.

The remaining twelve will take on Belgium on Sunday at the University of Worcester Arena – the first of six games which will determine whether GB will qualify for next year’s EuroBasket Women Finals.

Tip off time is at 1pm and there are still tickets available at the box office.
