Following on from the first Great Britain Under-16 Women selection training camp this weekend at the National Basketball Performance Centre in Manchester, Head Coach Matt Harber has selected a squad of sixteen players to take forward.
The sixteen players will be battling it out for a spot in the final 12 to head to Skopje from 17-26 August 2017 for the Division B European Championship.
Ashana Hinds, Esther Little, Lauren Saa and Loren Christie are the four holdovers from last summer’s England Under-16 squad, whilst Scotland have two representatives in Lauren Collins and Pollyanna Storie.
Great Britain are in Group D with Slovak Republic, Albania, Denmark, Switzerland and Bosnia & Herzegovina.
