Macy Spinks makes NE-10 All-Rookie team

Macy Spinks was named to the Northeast-10 Conference All-Rookie team to cap an impressive first year at Saint-Anselm.

The freshman guard started 25 of 26 games with averages of 6.4 points and 3.2 assists per game having been a multiple Rookie of the Week award winner.

Spinks set a season-high in points with 21 in a win at Stonehill in December, whilst handing out 11 assists for a double-double during November.

The former Barking Abbey guard participated in the inaugural Under-19 Women’s game at the 2019 Hoopsfix All-Star Classic, suiting up for the victorious Team White.

Saint-Anselm finished the regular season with a 20-6 record and head into the semi-finals of the conference tournament.
